Sales and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Imagination International, Inc. We appreciate your business. We want to ensure you have a great experience while you’re exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Imagination International, Inc., online store, or on the phone with our customer service representatives.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions. By placing an order with Imagination International, Inc., you agree to the terms set forth below, along with Imagination International, Inc.’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

 

Returns

Our products are of the highest quality available. Sometimes a product may turn out to be defective or not to your liking. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. For all products purchased from Imagination International, Inc., you may return your items within seven days of purchase for a full refund. We are not responsible for covering your shipping costs. Please contact an Imagination International, Inc customer service representative to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. You must have an RMA # in order to receive a refund for the product.

Please note the following:

  • Products can only be returned within seven days of purchase and must be returned with an authorized RMA #.
  • If your product is defective, Imagination International, Inc. will replace the exact item for you.
  • In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Imagination International, Inc. will refund the purchaser of the gift card.
  • All products will be inspected for damage if they are returned with a claim of defectiveness. If we find that the product was not defective, the product will not be refunded and we'll return the item to you with a full explanation.

Certification and Workshop Refund Policy

  • Until three weeks prior to the class, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • Three weeks before scheduled class, you may receive 75% refund.
  • Two weeks before the class you may be refunded 50% of the cost of the class.
  • No refunds will be given one week or less before the class. No exceptions

 

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Once we receive your online or phone order, we'll provide you with an email confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Imagination International, Inc.'s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Imagination International, Inc. reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Imagination International, Inc. cancels an order after you have already been billed, Imagination International, Inc. will refund the billed amount.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Imagination International, Inc. will do its very best to ship your order within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Imagination International Inc.'s control once it leaves our facilities, Imagination International, Inc. cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

 

Consumers Only

The Imagination International, Inc. online store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the Imagination International, Inc. online store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.

 

U.S. and Canada Sales Only

Imagination International, Inc. accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States and Canada. Imagination International, Inc. will not ship purchased products to an address outside of the U.S. or Canada.

 

Product Availability and Limitations

There may be occasions when Imagination International, Inc. confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event that we cannot supply a product you ordered, Imagination International, Inc. will cancel the order and refund your purchase in full.

 

Gift Cards

Imagination International, Inc. gift cards are issued and managed by Imagination International, Inc., and can be applied only to purchases from the Imagination International, Inc. online store. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or for shipments outside the U.S. or Canada. Neither the issuer nor Imagination International, Inc. is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission.

Gift card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The laws of the State of Oregon govern use of a gift card.
